Union were appointed by Highcross Strategic Advisors to refurbish and fit-out Suite 5, Bonnington Bond to create serviced offices with ancillary welfare facilities. The premises forms a single floor within a historical bonded warehouse building, which was converted into office accommodation in the early 1990s. Whilst the building is part occupied, Suite 5 had previously been stripped out to shell condition by others and had been left in a state of considerable disrepair.

The works involved full internal refurbishment, including new ceiling and wall linings, new internal partitioning (solid and glazed), new fully fitted kitchen facility, fully re-fitted WC facilities, new lighting throughout, new comms/data/intercom installations to all internal office suites, new floor coverings and full decoration throughout. Due to the nature of the building and also the condition the premises had previously been left in, a number of unforeseen issues were identified during the course of the works. Working closely as a team, these issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

We have since went on to negotiate a further phase of fit-out works on the Ground floor of Bonnington Bond and our fit-out team is currently on site. Please look out for the case study as soon as the works are complete towards the end of September.
